These terms apply when you buy from CLINKHAUS (“we”, “us”) at clinkhaus.com. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Shipping & delivery, Returns & breakage and Privacy pages.
Who we are
CLINKHAUS is a small online shop run from Japan and China. Orders ship from China to addresses in the United States. Contact: hello@clinkhaus.com.
Products
We describe and photograph our glassware as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and because glass is shaped and colored in production, small variations in color, texture and tiny bubbles are normal and not defects. Please follow the size and care information on each product page.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include import duties. Shipping is shown in your cart before you pay. Payment is taken through PayPal when you place your order. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will contact you before shipping and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if we suspect fraud. You can ask to change or cancel your order before it ships.
Shipping
Orders ship within 3 business days and usually arrive in about 20–30 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the time stated, we will let you know and you can cancel for a full refund. See Shipping & delivery.
Breakage, returns and refunds
If something arrives broken, tell us within 7 days of delivery and choose a refund or a free replacement. You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Full details are on our Returns & breakage page.
Using our glassware
Glass can break and chip. Please check each item before use, and only use it for hot drinks, in the dishwasher or in the microwave if the product page says it is suitable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Photos, text and design on this site belong to CLINKHAUS and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order.
