If you live in the Pacific Northwest, you probably understand the need to get outside on the first sunny day in Spring! The first fizzy, refreshing spring cocktail of the season is something we really look forward to around here, so to celebrate the sun we decided to enjoy our cocktails among the flowers. In partnership with our craft bitters line, The Bitter Housewife, we crafted a brand-new cocktail to usher in another beautiful cocktail season!
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a festive glass, like our Pop, Fizz, Clink Champagne Glass and garnish with an edible flower. (We have a whole list of edible flowers that we recommend using in cocktails here!) Now you can properly celebrate the arrival of warmer weather!
Clink tip: Ensure that, if substituting for a more concentrated bitters, you do not use 2 teaspoons of it!
